Bad customer service Makro

I purchased a shower an electrical shower heater on the 9th of February 2019 at Makro online and it said that it will take 2-5 days for delivery, until today I have not received my order and I phone every 2nd day and I’m tole the same thing that my order is waiting for the courier company to collect, for 3 weeks I’m getting the same answer and whenever you phone you have to wait for them while they check and waste your airtime for nonsense. Makro online is treating customers like trash. I even sent them message on Facebook and they promised to assist me but nothing
