Bad customer service from the So called manager

I am unhappy about the after service I received from makro Riversands I bought a TV with the bracket. The bracket is not stable and I have decided that I do not want the bracket anymore. I returned the bracket yesterday and was told to bring *****s by one of the workers. Today I brought the *****s and the manager was called,the manager told me that she's the manager and that's her branch/store and she will not give me my money back. I do not want the bracket anymore and all I want is my money but because my skin is of colour I am being treated like a fool, being brought back and forth. Can I get a refund because I don't want that bracket anymore and it's within my rights to return items.
