Bad customer service ever

I'm so disgusted with this company and their service. I've been waiting for my order for weeks , they have inconvenience my son and I , imagine my son had to go to school without juice because I was waiting for them to deliver my order. They have now cancelled my order and said they will only refund me in 7 to 14 days how am I supposed to buy what my son needs if they don't refund me sooner? They don't care about their customers at all. So disappointing
