BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you are not purchasing in store, do not waste your money on online purchases. Made an order on Thursday, 28 August and on Friday, 30 August it was delivered to an incorrect address. I called in to notify them about this and on Saturday it was again attempted to be delivered to the incorrect address. The order still shows as "order placed" and "out for deliver" yet it was cancelled on the 30th and thus far, there has been no feedback regarding me refund. Every time I call, I am told it has been escalated to the store and no one gets back to me. Whenever I called in and I speak to the store staff, its like I am in a prank call with kids who struggle to even understand what I am saying. Instead of the store assisting, they make the matter worse by forever keeping you on hold and you end up dropping for the long wait, that is if they do not cut the call themselves.
