Bad customer service

I have been standing and waiting for half an hour to return something that I ordered online. I understand it might be a complicated return because I made the order online, but the attittude if the staff is unacceptable. I kept being moved from pillar to post and no one can take responsibility or even apologize. It is extremely frustrating.
