Bad customer service!!!

I bought a fridge online and I was not happy with the size when it arrives, so filled in their return forms attached pics and mind you the product is still sealed . So they giving me a very service which is I have to be the one who makes a follow up . No feedback or whatsoever , you’re giving very service 👎👎😠
