Bad customer service " canceled by you " as the

I am writing this as I am really devastated, frustrated and disappointed with Makro I have ordered items on Tuesday and received the message informing me that my order will be delivered after 2 days which is today then when I received the order only to find out that they have delivered short items instead of 11 they delivered 3 when I lodged the complain to their customers care they then send me the emeil indicating that I have canceled the other items which i never did how can I cancel my order while I have paid the full amount that was required at that point I am expecting to receive all my orders and I am really disappointed with they're customer service
