Bad customer service

I have bought a double oven from makro on the 4 of June and I was told it will be delivered on the 11th of June. Now I call them they are telling me it's still sitting there and they don't know when it will be delivered and that I must arrange for my own Transport to collect from Woodhead. Makro it's becoming very bad when it comes to customer service and im very disappointed. I just want my money back the should have told me 2 weeks ago that they can't deliver and give me my money back
