Bad Customer Service

Customer Care is a joke, wrote a google review about bad service from a store, they rep**** to the message very fast and asked me to e-mail the customer care e-mail, I did get an e-mail from them asking for details, responded to that and then no replies after, very sad to see the level of service going down the drain once mass mart took over, guess I can spend my money elsewhere if this is how they treat a complaint about bad service with more bad service.
