Bad customer service and still waiting for my refund!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with Makro. Very disappointed.

I returned some of the items I bought Makro Wonderboom and I was told that I was going to be refunded for the items returned. This was done on the 04 Jan 2022. I have been waiting for my refund ever since. Everytime I called Makro Wonderboom, I receive no assistance at all, absolutely useless. I called the call centre and received no assistance aswell. I regret buying there and never again.
