Bad customer service and experience

It's been 32 days since I bought something with Makro and still no delivery is received. I had several communication attempts to get help and follow ups which fell on Def ears. This is my second Hello Peter complain and all my attempts have fallen on Def ears. What an disservice rendered and received!
