Bad customer service and delivery services

I would be giving minus 100. Bad bad customer service, bought a fridge online, 2 days later than the day they said they would deliver they telling me stories about the area I am I. Being unsafe and therefore will only be getting the fridge 3 days from today.i have been at home and making sure to stay home in case they deliver. No communication from their side after order that this would be the case. No disclaimer before ordering using my address that it is an unsafe area and therefore will take longer to deliver. Thandokazi whom I spoke to online is telling me there is nothing they can do even though I have explained I bought the fridge and on the day they said they would deliver got groceries and now that food will spoil. I am very disappointed
