Bad Customer Service and Bad Quality Goods

We bought an electrolux from Makro and unfortunately did not use it immediately as the appliance wad bought for our new house. When we did use it tje vaccum stopped working after using it just once. We went back to the store and explained the situation to the returns department. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude and treated us like they were doing us a huge favour. The appliance went in for returns and again stopped working after one use. We yet again had to deal with the returns department which just repeated 14 days have passed they can't do anything even though this is the brand new product they sold. After experiencing terrible customer service and such poor quality goods I will not be purchasing anything from this store again. Also while waisting a lot of my time in the returns department I noticed a lot of brand new goods being returned because they were damaged or did not work
