Bad Customer service after spending do much on defy fridgy

I bought a brand new defy fridge in Makro, it had problem with over freezing and i took it back last year they took it for 2weeeks. Came back worked fine for a short time, now its overfreezing again doors wont close. None wants to assist me please help! I have pictures too
