Bad customer service

I bought the 32l Samsung microwave online at Makro,It got delivered I used it for a month and it stopped working, returned the microwave to the store. It got booked for repairs an sms with the reference number was sent to me. After that I never heard from them again. I called them I spoke Yvonne at their goods returnes department who has not helped me with anything besides promising to get back to me which she never did. I have been sent back and between the manufacturer and the wholesaler without any help.
