Bad customer service
Makro one of the worst retailers to exist. I placed an order online, delivery was supposed to be Monday, nothing has been delivered no update just silence. I called in today and I was told I will be called by the Woodmead store nothing of the sort happened. Your service is Appalling.

27 Jun 2025, 16:05OD***, I have had to chase this up myself spoke to someone called Jane who put me on hold then I was suddenly speaking to a Refiloe Lebogo who said they are the courier amd delivery will be arranged for Saturday. I believe non of this because i was previously informed it was with Makro Woodmead and someone would contact which never happened
