Bad customer service
I ordered a microwave and a kettle online on the 31 May 2023 they only deliver on the 19th June 2023. Where as they said 2 - 5 days delivery. Not only that they delivered microwave only and instead of delivering a kettle they delivered Typek Papers. after sending me invoices for this order. I am so angry what must I do with typek

Today is the 3rd of July i haven't received my kettle am stucked with typek papers
What should i do cause 2 weeks ago u guys promised this matter will be resolved but instead they deliver typek papers while am struggling with boiling water thinking about how essential it is to have a kettle in the house and the reason why i had to buy it.
