Bad Customer Service

I have ordered from makro before and never have i received such BAD service. I placed my order in Nov and i still have not received my order, Today is the 19th December. I've emailec customer care twice, i've called them four times after i had to hang on beacuse they so busy. Still the ladies i spoke to said they cant give me an answer. The last time I called it said that their system is off and that they would call me back. Guess what! I'm still waiting for that call.

If I knew this would be so bad i would never have ordered here.

Your service sucks!!! I would not recommend anyone to order big items like headboards from this place.
