Bad customer service

Makro customer service and online have no customer service at all 😭 I did a return on online because the Item was double the price it was, ordered online they were quick to accept my order and deliver it. Without collecting the one I returned and it has been scheduled for collection. Made so many calls to customer care no one resolved the query

It's now the 5th of November, you have collected your product however you haven't refunded it yet? Is good customer service a sin? Like what happened to communication? May I kindly have my money back
