Bad customer Service

I called the call centre on Monday, were I spoke to Kholofelo Mashile regarding a fridge I bought at Makro Woodmead on the 29th November 2024, which the top part, keep my food spoiled, build up ice at the back nothing get cold even if you change the setting, in which she send me an email which I responded on Tuesday Morning and no feedback received till today. today I called Woodmead Makro spoke to a lady by the name of Nhlanhla at switch board, explained my problem again and she transferred me to the call centre and the call was hang up
