Bad customer service

I bought a fridge online at Makro on the 26th of May and I got that said, my fridge will be delivered on Saturday (27/05/2023). On the 29th, I recieved a call from one of Makro's courier partners. The call was vague but I could tell that he thought it was a local delivery(around Gauteng) he even dropped his phone on me. Can Makro find a competent courier partner who won't pretend as if the invoice he got has no delivery address
