Bad customer service

I have bought things on makro online than i canceled one of the item. Their supplier made a refund to makro but makro they dont care about refunding me. All the care is investigating nothing. I spoke to Happy Mohoje who is part of management but he doesnt care with with customer care since i call him yesterday the whole day without returning my call or even update me on the process of my refund its been more than a week waiting for my refund.
