Bad customer service
Order status is 'order not placed' but monet came out from my account. I called the call centre, and i was told that there's nothing that they can do. imagine?! I need that order to be processed or my money back.

This nonchalant kinda customer service will be the death of your company, continue treating people like numbers - mark my words.
I am here being severely inconvenienced by a fault that I have absolutely nothing to do with, but here I am, at your mercy - almost as if begging you to fix your systems - imagine?! So, I’m without any money and without the items i paid for and you guys act all nonchalant while people’s live are affected!!!!!!
