bad customer service

I bought a machine online and it worked for 1 day i called them to please come collect the machine and spoke to a couple of agents on they call center number and was told i was going to be assisted i explained to the guys that i ordered the machine online and it was delivered however it worked just for one day and stopped i have since requested for them to collect the machine as its not working.

email was sent on the 17/11/2022 till this day no one has come to collect the machine no communication whatsoever has been sent to me regarding the situation
