Bad customer service

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , placed an order on the 9/7/2021 , I phoned the call centre the following Monday to change my contact details, I was assured that they changed my details, today I phone the call centre again to inquire about my order , the consultant tells me my order was returned back to the store because they couldn’t get hold of me , they didn’t even give me a solution to fix this mess up . I will never purchase at Makro again and I want my money back .
