Lacking customer service!! It has become a continuous practice for us to use hellopeter platform to get things resolved.

26 Feb 2022, 08:35Its really a nightmare to get an update when it comes to customer services!!! It's just automated replies from them to get back within 24-48 hrs, but nothing whatsoever..Really disappointing!!
