Bad customer service

This is specifically about Makro Crown Mines, I placed an online order, the order was split into 3 one of which was processed by Makro Crown Mines. The Order was placed on 04 August 2022, invoiced on 05 August 2022. I haven't received the order yet, I've been making phone calls since morning without any success, there is no answer from the Online department, the phone just rings. This is totally unacceptable.
