Bad customer service

I ordered homeware on the 19th of July. I received a part order within 3 days, however, there was no manual. Today is the 05th of August 2024, I have been waiting since the 19th of July for the second part order. There too many similar complaints online. I have called the Makro 4 times already and sent an email!!!!! I expected better service.
