Bad customer service
I bought on makro online on the 24th March, their delivery says 2-5 working days. It's been more than 5 working days and I have not received my order. I called their support on the 3rd of April, they said the will escalate it. I called again today, am given the same reason. How long should I wait for my order. There is no communication from Makro at all.
