Bad customer service.

Today I went to Makro Silverlakes to buy a washing machine and I was really shocked, angry and amazed by the bad customer service we received from the cashier(lady) cashier number 1146. First of all the guy who said he wil help, told us to go get things we need while he organizes a machine for us and when we came back he wasn't even there we were assisted by this other guy (very calm). Well The guy assisted us nicely to get a machine then he took us to the till point but we had few items as well, so he asked the lasy to make one transaction and she didn't even greet us, she was with the other employee at the till point chatting.and she complained about items that they are a lot. Scanning with attitude. No greeting, no thank you received from the cashier. I am so disappointed .
