Bad customer service

On the 1st May I went to Makrobin Carnival to purchase the A12 Samsung phone with the R5000 voucher. On the catalogue it says 2 Samsung phones plus R5000 voucher at R299 premium. I got there I'm told there's a printing error, its actually 1 phone plus the voucher. I then proceeded with my order and I noticed the consultant had my premium at R389 and I asked what is the R389 for and he said that's the correct premium. I showed him the catalogue that states R299 and I asked to speak to his superior. A Henry Adolph came that was arrogant and not willing to assist said to me he's not going to honor the deal and I'm more than welcome to take it further. I left my details with the cellphone consultant because Adolph said he has contacted the buyer, he said the guy has read his message but hasn't responded. I said to him he can call him cause I'm here but you can tell he was not willing to assist. I told him I'm willing to pay R299 that's advertised and not R389.
