Bad customer service

Makro alberton I was treated soo bad , lines were long i asked the supervisor by the name of Tshepiso Latakgomo that am not feeling well sine am pregnant even showed him proof he told me my stomach is not that big he wont allow me to skip the que. I felt dizzy and could fall anytime i ask myself is this how female pregnant customers get treated I did not say i want special treatment but it is unfair for me to even proof that am preganant and he still denied for me to go to an express till. My question is do you guys wait for customers to fall and thats when they can get attention.
