Bad customer service !

I bought Skyworth tv online and had to return it for repairs after few months .It was returned as repaired after about 3months but not! I had to request refund but I have waited since 1st July to date for my refund ,I complained to the deaf ears, until this day I haven't received my refund, I wrote emails and called but that didn't help much .Useless people working at online contact center.
