Bad Customer Service

I ordered 3 chairs for the office in Nov2024 via the online portal. After a very lengthy battle with getting someone to trace my order and eventually found it only 1 chair was delivered in Jan2025. I have since then emailed and phoned the customer care line for online orders but nothing seems to happen. I really don't know where to next.
