BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased an order from Makro on the 15 August 2024, it was suppose to be received on the 22 August 2024 no order was received or communication was made to me until I called in ad it was promised i will get the order on the 27 August 2024 no order was received. I have been calling for the last three weeks all their agents will put you on hold until you hang up because the are saying they are contacting the supplier. There is nothing that i have no tried with Makro from phone calls, emails and WhatsApp they just don't care about their customers when they have received money on their side. The last agent that I spoke to was Mojalefa Ramolai promised i will receive communication and delivery date today because I was asking to speak to a manager who never came to the phone (MPHO MOSIA) ITS ALOMOST A MONTH WITHOUT MY ORDER.

Prior to this Iam still waiting on a refund in a wrong order that was delivered, before this happened I called in and confirmed that I wanted the color of the order to change should i cancel the order or thy will be able to change the color, they confirmed and say i must not cancel the order they will be able to change the color and they still delivered a wrong order. These are wedding presents, I have not received any order or my refund today its the 11September 2024,both these orders where made on the 15 August 2024.It was my first time purchasing from Makro I WLL NEVER AGAIN! I wish i had seen these bad reviews about them before wasting my money on them.
