Bad customer service

I had a bad experience with a cashier who was disrespectful. This is not the the first incident with this cashier. The level of unprofessionalism and bad service. There were some cashiers who also made remarks. When I requested for the manager to to address the matter , they said they were not available only next week Monday. I find it strange that the whole shop will operate without a manager.
