Bad customer expirience at Makro Alberton

You don't even deserve even a star... I just been at Marko Alberton and I'm disgusted. After standing on long queue, I get to the cashier, she does not have a packer she went for tea so it means I must take out my groceries while she is taking her time to scan and pack for myself. The packer next door is not occupied yet she is looking at us as if we are here to ask for credit that we do not qualify for. Cashier number 44, the handle of the plastic bag tears I'm told I must repacking a new she cannot give another to put over. Is this how we are supposed to be treated I'm disgusted and I felf because I'm black I have to understand and accept poor service, well not me. I am a paying customer as well
