Bad customer care

This is regarding a order that was scheduled for delivery for Wednesday however the delivery did not happen .I have been trying to get ahold of people to assist me with this query instead i am being given the run around from one whatsapp agent to the next . I spoke to Thembela from Makro yesterday they didnt assist , I called the company they promised the delivery will happen today. Still co feedback from the courier people.I spoke to Nafree yesterday and today to Sharifa, still not getting assistance this is really frustrating-OD***
