Bad customer care and communication

I ordered online and have received no feedback. I did receive an invoice for my order and some items are missing from the invoice. I have emailed 3 times asking about why the items are missing from my invoice and have received no response whatsoever. My order is meant to be here, hasn't arrived, and hasn't even been handed over to the courier. I have contacted via multiple platforms and keep getting ignored. Bad customer care and communication. All I have asked is what is happening with my order and asked about an issue with my invoice and I just get ignored. Bad customer care and bad communication.
