Bad custome service
I placed a call with Marko 3 weeks ago to fix my washing machine. I am still waiting. I have called multiple time to follow up and keep on being told someone will get back to me. I am still waiting, and I have NO washing machine!!!! This is the worst customer service!!!

Thank you. I have received a call from Richard, but we are not further. It is a joke that I submitted this call with all the info and he still calls me to ask for the same info again!! I have 2 kids with my husband and myself and we have had no washing machine due to the incompetence and lack of caring from Makro and its staff! I work full time and have had to worry about this.
Please let me know what is going on with this ASAP.
