Bad courier company used by Makro

Recently placed an order with Makro.For some odd reason my order was split into two deliveries by 2 different courier companies.Makro uses Wumdrop a totally unknown courier company to me and their service has been absolutely pathetic and shocking to say the least.I was contacted by the courier driver on Tuesday and had advised him that he should reschedule order for Wednesday and he agrees.No delivery received on Wednesday.Called Makro contact centre on Thursday and they advised that they will contact the delivery company and set up delivery asap.I even emailed the courier company Wumdrop as email.is the only.option as no contact number available.After many emails with Phumzile advising her to deliver my order urgently, she responds on Friday saying that she was awaiting my approval and delivery will be scheduled for Saturday by 9.30am which hadn't arrived.I also contacted Makro call centre again on Friday and spoke to team leader Naeem and he advised that he will also contact courier company and check if they can deliver my order on the same day Friday.On Friday afternoon I receive an email from Makro advising that they had tried the entire day to get hold of store and they couldn't.Surely Makro has other means to get hold of a store manager etc.Very bad service received from Makro and Wumdrop as there has been nothing but lies just to get the customer off their back.Makro should actually reconsider using these unknown courier companies.
