Bad costumer service

I will never in my whole life ever again support makro. I bought a Canon printer and it was working for about 10min and it broke down and now when I wanted to return the ****. They came with a lot of story's and now they need to send it for repairs what happened with the 14 Dae return policy and how will you know if it is working or not if you don't test is so my advice is never buy electronics for them
