Bad costumer service

Im really dissapointed with service Ive got I order online on the 30 November 2025 my order was confirmed without the tracking number when I called to inquire they told me I should expect the delivery on the 10 December but to my surprise my order was cancelled without any communication I only find out when I called their customer service that the product is out of stock but when I search online its showing they have 9 items remaining so I dont understand what kind of advertising is that why would they put something up to say they have stock but fail to deliver im still waiting for my delivery for the stuff that was suppose to be delivered on the 06 December im so dissapointed .
