BAD CONSUMER TREATMENT, *********** TREATMENT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS
Will i ever get my order? It's been 2/3 weeks now and yet i'm still waiting on my order. I's so tired of calling without any assist

18 May 2023, 14:59Nothing is in order and again i have to be on Hello Peter just to get your attention, it's been 3 whole weeks if not more, i can't be this frustrated because of you people, it's unacceptable, for the fact that i wasn't even contacted to verify that i received it.
this is my second if not third complaint about 1 order, i'm very tired and gatvol of you seriously, how would you feel if you had to deal with how unprofessional you are, and for the fact that you don't follow up on complains really boils me.
can i please have my order today, i can't anymore, even on the makro system/profile it shows that you haven't delivered, it's like you have no shame, clearly your online department is *********** and don't care about what happens to customers and their complains.
