Bad communication between customers and team

I did an online order on the 13th of May 2025 around 17:00pm. My order had gone through and had no problems. My order was expected to be delivered by the 17th of May 2025. I had be looking forward from my delivery. When day of delivery came (today) I was waiting for my order and stated getting concerned as it was already 2 pm and had not received it yet. I reached out to the customer service whatsapp and then only learnt that there was a problem with the supplier. I was told I will receive a refund within 7-14 business days. I find this is very poor service and will definitely not be ordered from them again!!!
