bad communication and delivery not done

I have purchased few staff on online. it has been a struggle to receive my deliveries. i have receive 2 and the other keeps saying in process. no one is communicating with me. now i want to cancel this order and buy this somewhere else . i cant get help in getting my refund back. please can someone assist in cancelling this and refunding me . it is now 3 weeks waiting for this order
