Bad communication

Wish I could put 0 stars I’ve been querying an order that has been packed since 22 August 2024. Today(05 September 2024)I was notified that the item is out of stock To my understanding- an item that is deemed “packed” is ready for collection so that’s why I kept querying and every agent said they would escalate and escalate but nobody had answers. So disappointing that I spent so much time calling in only for nobody to give a simple answer to when I would receive my delivery Now they’re blaming it on the third party who didn’t hand the item for collection and didn’t notify them until today that the item is out of stock. I definitely will not be using Makro again - I’m more disappointed since it is a reputable brand thats been around for years and now when I search for them, I see nothing but bad reviews
