Bad call centre agent service and warranty service

Worse sevice ever,would not advise anyone to buy thier extend plan warranties ,they never assist ,i have been sitting with a service call log for over a week now ,no feedback or atleast confimation on when they will come assit me but only what i get is lying call centre agents and top it all of their agents are poorly trained to handle a simple follow up queries ,hilly disappointed.
