Bad bad Unprofessional poor service

This is my second review about the poor unprofessional service I received from Makro.There service is absolutely poor and the people are so unprofessional.This company is totally *************,that is making empty promises and don't care about there customers at all (If they did care why did anyone contact me ).They can't deliver on their promises and are misleading the public. I bought a Laptop on their online platform but what a mistake ,at the end I had to cancel my transaction with them ,but now struggle to get my refund.
