Bad Bad Service

I recently bought 2 Woema Afrikaans for Grade 11, When I bought them and received once we opened the package the kids told me that, the ones I had bought are the teachers guide (cannot read Afrikaans to save my life), and immediately I requested if they can be exchanged with the Students books. 2 weeks go by and I had to phone the call center and asked what's was the delay in them collecting, I was told that someone will be in touch to arrange collection. 2 days later I get an email saying that actually books cannot be returned.

Now I'm sitting with 2 books that I will never use and my kids are still in need of the text books as they are currently in Grade 11.

Can someone please assist me with this issue. I'm very disappointed in there service never thought that I would get some kids of response from
